In a one to one breath work session, we work with your breath, starting with a cadence practice to assess your current breath pattern and possible changes or improvements that may be possible. You will be guided with music and gentle, prompting to change, or modify the breath temporally, which will then temporally change different conditions or states in the body.
It will encourage the body's natural rhythm and give the body and nervous system and the capacity to process anything that needs to process or let go.
You will be required to fill out a Breathwork assessment form prior to your visit, and please ensure you are of sound body and mind before signing up for this session.
